Alfred Lambremont Webre
Alfred Lambremont Webre is an author, a lawyer, a radio show host, and the international director of The Institute For The Cooperation In Space. He is considered the father of the exopolitics movement, which asserts that we are not alone in the universe and that a Federation Government exists outside of the earth.
Mr. Webre feels strongly that Earth is a quarantined planet and is being watched and managed by a Universal Government. He is the author of Exopolitics: Politics, Government and Law in the Universe.
