Kim, I just looked at your page, and saw what you wrote…I too empathize with your loss, and truly know that you understand and empathize with mine….I truly hope it has gotten easier for you as time has passed, as I hope it will for me too. I had shared earlier tonight on my Facebook page how I was there when Copper was born, and how precious it was for me to be there see his life concluded…it was a blessing for me to be there when my baby came into this world, and when he departed it. Again, thank you for your well wishes, and my heart goes out to you for your loss as well…

I have just read your note on the loss of your Simba. That is the best obituary for a pet I have ever read. As a cat lover, I wish to send you my sincere condolences on your loss and may you take piece in the thought that she is happy and content where she is. A wonderful companion in her life on this earth. God Bless you and simba.

Dear Kim; I have been talking about you all night, when I was introducing your web site to my cousin Michelle I noticed & read about Simba.
The God of ISIS has broken another heart.
With grief & sadness for your loss…. may you always carry the sweet loving memories of the fun times you both shared together, Simba will always be watching & protecting you from above sitting & waiting next to your mom, till you all reunite again. The shame of it was, I never got to meet that majestic being. Thank you for sharing your tears with us.
I believe: To have loved a day, then without, a lifetime.
You truly are a very special old soul, you had the privilege of that love in 16 folds, I’m sure just like you, Simba was an amazing being as well.
You know how much my three Maltese adore you each time you visit, they dance & fly around you. Baby, Cookie & Candy are by my foot crying with me now, & like you I made a promise, to give them the best life to the last day, they will tell me when to depart, I will have the Vet at my house to help me cross them over & say goodbye, here in their own home, between my arms. It brakes my heart to think I will walk in your footsteps not once but three times in next few years. So I cherish every loving moment I have with them. Baby brought back humility & forgiveness to my life, with her unconditional love, never asking for anything in return but to have a chance to put her head on my knees, her eyes talk to me & I hear “mom, you are the biggest star in my little universe, thank you for rescuing me”.
If anyone hasn’t loved a pet or an animal,, shall come back dozen times over & over again to learn the love & respect of a smaller being before they can pass it on to greater then themselves.
So we learn…….with each goodbye, we learn…..

May Simba puuuurrrr from heaven always.

I am sorry for your loss, I understand as I had dog (ginger) as kid that was My best Friend. She went with me ever where and that was harder to deal with than some people that I have known over the year.
