Barbara Sher

Barbara Sher is a teacher, speaker, and the international bestselling author of Wishcraft: How to Get What You Really Want (with Annie Gottlieb), Refuse to Choose!, I Could Do Anything If I Only Knew What It Was (with Barbara Smith), It’s Only Too Late If You Don’t Start Now, Live the Life You Love, Early Intervention Games, Self-Esteem Games, and Barbara Sher’s Idea Book. She is considered the godmother of life coaching. I consider her a Master Life Coach. She is known for teaching people how to find and use their gifts, as well as how to navigate a life so that you don’t confuse doing what you love with making a living. The preoccupation with turning ideas into financial opportunities has eluded people for quite some time. Barbara offers a totally different perspective on this entire matter.

Barbara Sher has a delightfully practical side to her coaching that is filled with wisdom and humor, and grounded in inspirational nuts-and-bolts guidance. She has been interviewed on Oprah, CNN, The Today Show, 60 Minutes, and Good Morning America. Her articles have been featured in the New York Times, and she was a life coach columnist for Real Simple Magazine. Barbara travels the world giving retreats for “scanners”, or people that have multiple interests and don’t want to have to choose just one thing to do. She is considered a Master in the area of helping people accomplish the things that are the most meaningful for their unique gifts and interests. She has a wonderful sense of humor and an ability to balance her stature with a humble and approachable effervescence that is uncommon to great teachers.

This segment is dedicated to all of the magic that people have that is sitting dormant awaiting a kindling of the spirit. Barbara Sher is that kindling.
