<itunes:subtitle>Ecocide is on the way to becoming an international crime. Join us with environmental activist and barrister Polly Higgins to learn more!</itunes:subtitle>
<itunes:summary>Polly Higgins (http://www.treeshaverightstoo.com) is an environmental activist, barrister, and international law designer who is about introducing the paradigm of Ecocide to the international courts of the world to stop corporations from being able to get away with the destruction of our planet, its resources and hold them accountable for their actions personally. She explains the personal responsibility side of environmental stewardship. We talk about many difficult and complex subjects, including governments, faulty and corrupt legislation, new consequences for committing ecocide and what a whole systems approach might bring to the overall perspective on climate and weather. Tune in and see what you think her perspective might bring to help make the world a better place.

<itunes:subtitle>Agriculture Defense Coalition co-founder Rosalind Peterson discusses the U.S. Navy's All-Ocean weapons testing project and its devastating impact on ocean life.</itunes:subtitle>
<itunes:summary>As the Gulf Coast disaster continues, people everywhere are especially conscious of the harm we can inflict upon the earth. Now glaringly apparent, our shared responsibility to tread lightly calls into question anything that would carelessly risk the destruction of ecosystems and life.

Agriculture Defense Coalition (http://agriculturedefensecoalition.org/) co-founder Rosalind Peterson joins us to discuss a Navy weaponry training project that will decimate ocean life on an unimaginable scale. Over the next five years, the Navy anticipates over two million takes (significant disruptions in essential marine life activities) per year, totaling nearly twelve million takes for the period. Many of the project's programs have already been implemented and, in some cases, approved by NOAA and deployed. This interview is not to be missed.

<itunes:subtitle>The owners of Bioshield, a manufacturer of healthy living paints, join us to discuss the Green movement's impact on the paint industry and more.</itunes:subtitle>
<itunes:summary>When it comes to paint, most of us make our purchases without a second thought. Very rarely do we consider the chemical content in the paint or the potential toxic impact to our bodies or the environment. But paint need not be so harmful; in fact, there is a science to healthy paint.

As the Green movement gains momentum, many players entered the market in an attempt to capture conscious customers who want to make healthy choices about everything from hygiene products to construction materials (paint included). We invited the owners of Bioshield (http://www.bioshieldpaint.com) to talk with us about how the industry has changed over the past 25 years. We discuss environmental distinctions that are often overlooked when considering materials, and separate the wheat from the chaff regarding healthy paint. Join us for a colorful discussion with this dedicated husband-and-wife team out of New Mexico.

<itunes:summary>Like many of you, I was on YouTube a few days ago watching videos of different people discussing the Oil Spill and came across someone who introduced a very important perspective that will enlarge our understanding of who is truly involved and clearly responsible for this disaster besides the general contractor, British Petroleum. Barnie Von Grabe explains who else needs to come forward and own their part in the problem, and who needs to correct it.

<itunes:subtitle>Geologist and OpEdNews writer Chris Landau tells us exactly what has to be done to solve the problem in the Gulf Coast, the worst disaster in human history.</itunes:subtitle>
<itunes:summary>Geologist, meteorologist, and oil industry veteran Chris Landau (http://www.opednews.com/articles/B-P-SHOW-US-THE-MUDLOGS--by-Chris-Landau-100610-978.html) joins us to provide critical insight and a solution to what is being hailed as the worst disaster in human history.

The urgency of the Gulf Coast crisis is so great that those of us who are moved to do something about it must quickly and effectively channel our anguish by being willing to discern clear and concise verifiable facts about exactly what's happening deep within the sea. Learn precisely what's happening and what should be happening to stop and correct this situation. Mr. Landau has dug 50 high-pressure wells and explains what information we need to know and what we should expect from our commander and chief on a geologic level of accountability.

Don't believe anyone who tells you that nobody knows what to do. Those involved know exactly what needs to be done. The forensic information will tell us everything we need to know including, but not limited to, the full extent of the disaster. We must call upon our commander-in-chief to deliver to the people of America the mud logs and to empower the full transparency of this process from this point forward.

We are truly in a race against time to solve this problem. Many of us may be called to move and circulate people, information, and access to facilitate the delivery of a solution with precision and speed. Please send this show to your own private email lists and post to all of your social networking sites. If you can help, please call us now - our world is at stake!

<itunes:subtitle>Guest George Taylor joins us for a deeper look into the divided culture of climatology. Why don't modelers and empiricists see eye to eye on climate change?</itunes:subtitle>
<itunes:summary>When one begins to examine climate science and politics, one awakens to the realization that there are essentially two types of climatologists: modelers (the simulators) and empiricists (the "data" people). These two camps examine data so differently that it is difficult to understand their views without knowing which method they use. This can drastically alter the information that is coming forth based on real or imagined/modeled data. Join us with George Taylor (http://appliedclimate.wordpress.com) as we discuss the differences between the two camps, why they are so critical in understanding the data we receive from climatologists around the world, and why it is so important to separate apples and oranges in the context of the climate change debate.
