<itunes:subtitle>What role did subcontractors play in the Gulf Coast crisis? Join us as inventor and analyst Barnie Von Grabe outlines all the players involved.</itunes:subtitle>
<itunes:summary>Like many of you, I was on YouTube a few days ago watching videos of different people discussing the Oil Spill and came across someone who introduced a very important perspective that will enlarge our understanding of who is truly involved and clearly responsible for this disaster besides the general contractor, British Petroleum. Barnie Von Grabe explains who else needs to come forward and own their part in the problem, and who needs to correct it.

<itunes:subtitle>After being struck by lightning in May 2000, Michael Utley set out to educate the public about lightning safety and dispel the myths surrounding it.</itunes:subtitle>
<itunes:summary>Michael Utley was struck by lightning (http://www.struckbylightning.org) on a golf course in May 2000. His heart stopped three times on the way to the hospital. He was told that he would never walk again or have a normal life. After months of rehabilitation and being forced to take strong narcotics for pain, he has recovered and found a purpose in life that he never imagined.

Now deeply involved in lightning safety, Michael is bringing his knowledge about lightning to children in schools around the country. His partners are the Lightning Safety Institute (www.lightning.org), The Lightning Safety Alliance, (www.lightningsafetyalliance.com) and meteorologist Matt Noyes (http://mattnoyes.net).
