Hello Kim,
I contracted gout more than 20 years ago but soon found the culprit – it was eggs and prawns. I used to get a Chinese food called Egg Foo Yung which contained both. As soon as i eliminated them from my diet the gout disappeared, eggs and prawns are full of cholesterol. I got rid of the pain of my arthritis by eliminating polyunsaturated oils and margarine but if I ate any animal products the pain came back.

i am no stranger to Sweden my former wife was Swedish. Unfortunately Sweden together with the other Scandinavian countries and the USA have the worst incidence of osteoporosis in the world. The eskimos are the worst nation for osteoporosis. What do they have in common ? They eat the most dairy and animal products respectively.

It’s very likely that your former wife was not tested for, or given bio-identical hormones. Men and women lose muscle mass and bone when we do not supplement properly and do some kind of weight bearing exercise. In fact, we lose our youth hormones at an alarming rate.

Bio-identical Hormones PREVENT OSTEOPOROSIS. Something as simple as not having enough of the UV Rays or getting enough of Vitamin D3 could have also contributed to her condition. https://itsrainmakingtime.com/2012/jonathanwright/

What you have not asked is, “what else is happening where the Eskimos are?” Why not suspend your beliefs about Causation and keep asking and looking? There are many more elements that you don’t mention which contribute to Osteoporosis. How about adding Nuclear and EMF Pollution, Toxic chemicals in our water, food and air (Aerosol Spraying or “Chemtrails”), and FDA approved prescription drugs?

When one assigns an element of “causation” without a whole systems approach to it, millions of people can be easily misled.

Correlation is not the same as The Cause. Thanks for taking your time to comment.

Hi Kim,
I admire you for what you are doing for humanity and your meticulous research – but this time you have misread my post. My former wife does not have osteoporosis nor is she likely to get it, as she is a vegan like me. I’ve no doubt now thanks to Nathan Pritikins research, that her rhuematoid arthritis will no longer be bothering her due to the exclusion of polyunsaturated oils. Also Kim I know a lttle bit about muscle having a HNC in Sports Science which is a scientific qualification. Loss of muscle spindles can be stopped or retarded by regular exercise ie weight training. Kim (this is not a critisism because I love your show to bits) but I trust more epidemiological studies than science, this has been proved time and tuime again Ie the relationship between cancer and smoking in 1953. William Witherings observations of gypsies which lead to the use of digitalis Jenners observatuions of milk maids Jaques Cartiers trust in an old Indian remedy for scurvy etc. You mentioned Eskimos but what about Scandinavians and Americans and why are other countries further down the table? As my wife is from Kazakhstan I know also a bit about exposer to radiation because nuclear tests were done there. By the way my wifes uncle is the President of Kazakhstan.
