Dr. Fernando Klein performs a critical analysis of the Qumran Scrolls (Dead Sea Scrolls) in his new book The Dead Sea Jesus. Dr. Klein is the Professor of Middle East Religions and Chair of the Religious Studies Department at Complutense University in Madrid, Spain. He has published several books on the Bible, Judaism, and Christianity, including The Naked Bible, The Gnostic Gospels, and The Church of Paper.

Fifth Estate Publishing founder Joseph Lumpkin returns to shed light on the material covered in Klein’s book. Join us as we take a closer look at the history of Christianity and the Qumran Scrolls. Did Christendom exist before Jesus was born? Did Jesus know of the Essenes? Did John the Baptist live at Qumran? How were the Qumran Scrolls discovered, and why were they hidden? We explore these questions and many more in this enlightening interview.
