I have the book. I have done the Sprint 8 program and it works! I have had great results and I am 50+ years old.

We use this program and the Sprint 8 (HIIT) principles extensively throughout our gym. Our clientel have experienced tremendous results. We are proud to to be the benefactor of such valued information. We have 6 treadmills and 5 elliptcals that utilize this programming. IT WORKS!!!

I use high intensity interval training followed by cold processed whey shakes and no sugar or carb consumption for 2 hours after training. Also using oral HGH factors to help the body produce more HGH. Getting good results so far – blood levels have increased.
